– 7 minutes each day
– in the 7th month : July

We are providing a new ZINE each year w/ a list of prompts to get you MAKING. Download (or don’t,) print, fold, cut & use at your leisure! It is up to YOU how you’d like to show up to our challenge, just know that we’re here to help in any capacity. Use the zine, or don’t. Follow the prompts or don’t. Just MAKE something. If you’re here before the new zine is ready, please check back later!

The core principles of 7³ remain the same :
it is QUICK.
to the point.
dirty.
ugly.
unrelenting.
It is 420 seconds of creativity from start to finish for 7 days in a row. it is HARD. but it’s meant to be, because it is REWARDING.

It is the opportunity to show up for YOU. to show up for your ART. & to show up for your art PRACTICE.

There is no sign up. No one is holding you accountable. No one is getting a prize.

The reward is that you showed up. you did it. you accomplished something!

It’s the chance for you to dedicate & allow space & time for your creativity.

It works like this… now YEARLY for a single week starting the end of July, you create art for 7 minutes a day. 7 days in a row. Set a timer.
Any art. Any medium. Any way.
